IPTV LEVEL UP on MAG box: Step-by-Step Setup
MAG boxes don't use apps. They load a portal linked to the box's MAC address. You send us the MAC from the sticker, we link it to your IPTV LEVEL UP line, and you enter one portal URL in the settings. Allow about 10 minutes, including our activation.

How do you install IPTV LEVEL UP on MAG box?
You need your IPTV LEVEL UP login (from your welcome email or trial message) and about 10 minutes. The login type for this device is MAC address + portal URL. Follow these 5 steps in order.
Step 1: Find the MAC address
It is printed on the sticker under the box and shown in Settings → System information.
Step 2: Send it to support
Add the MAC in the checkout notes or send it on WhatsApp. We link it and reply with your portal URL.
Step 3: Open portal settings
Press Setup on the remote → System settings → Servers → Portals.
Step 4: Enter the portal
Give Portal 1 a name and paste the portal URL exactly as sent, including http:// and any trailing slash. Save.
Step 5: Restart the portal
Choose Restart portal and wait for the channel menu to load.
What if it doesn't work on MAG box?
Most problems on MAG box come from a mistyped login, an outdated app or a weak network connection. These are the issues our support team sees most on this device, with the fix that usually solves them.
“STB blocked” or “not supported”
The MAC isn't linked yet or was mistyped. Send a photo of the sticker so we can check.
Portal loads but channels don't play
Confirm the network connection in System settings → Network, and set video output to your TV's resolution.
MAG box tips
- Older MAG 250/254 boxes can't decode some 4K formats; stick to HD channels on them.
- Use Ethernet — older Wi-Fi dongles are unreliable.
- Update the firmware before entering the portal.
