Terms of Service

These terms cover every order and trial on iptvlevelup.digital and every IPTV LEVEL UP subscription. Ordering or requesting a trial means you accept them.

The service

IPTV LEVEL UP provides access to live TV channels and on-demand content over the internet, viewed in third-party player apps. Channel line-ups change over time; sources may occasionally be unavailable, and we fix or replace them as quickly as we can. We don't guarantee that any specific channel or title will be available at all times.

Orders and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars on the plans page and are charged once for the period you choose (1, 3, 6 or 12 months).
• After you order, we send a secure payment link by email. Your subscription is activated once payment is confirmed.
• Subscriptions don't renew automatically.

Connections and account use

• Each subscription allows the number of simultaneous connections you purchased (1–5).
• Your login is for your household. Reselling it or posting it publicly can get the account suspended, and suspended accounts aren't refunded.
• Treat the login like a password. If you think it has leaked, support will issue new credentials.

Third-party apps and devices

IPTV LEVEL UP provides access through third-party player apps; it is not affiliated with the app developers or device makers named on this site. All product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Your responsibilities

• You need a working internet connection and a compatible device and app. Third-party apps are provided by their developers under their own terms.
• It's up to you to check that using an IPTV service is permitted under the rules where you live.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under our refund policy (7-day window).

Liability

The service is provided "as is". Where the law permits, the most IPTV LEVEL UP can be liable for is what you paid for your current subscription period. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
